# Theo dõi và Cập nhật mức độ tiềm năng (Converted Targets)

> **Bước 1:** Ở màn hình danh sách của module Khách hàng Mục tiêu-**Targets**, chọn Khách hàng muốn chuyển đổi thành Học viên tiềm năng - Leads.

> **Bước 2:**&#x20;
> Tại màn hình thông tin chi tiết của Khách hàng Mục tiêu - Target, nhấn chọn Chuyển đổi - **Convert to Lead** để chuyển đổi HV tiềm năng.

> **Bước 3:** Hệ thống chuyển sang màn hình tạo mới Học viên tiềm năng, nhập thông tin yêu cầu, nhấn Lưu “**Save**” để hoàn tất chuyển đổi.

> **Bước 4:** Hệ thống hiển thị thông tin Leads mới được tạo. Trạng thái của Leads sẽ là <mark style="color:green;">**Đang chăm sóc- In Process**</mark>. Đồng thời, trạng thái của Targets sẽ được cập nhật là <mark style="color:red;">**Đã chuyển đổi - Converted.**</mark>
