# Targets - Khách hàng mục tiêu

Target/KH mục tiêu là những tệp dữ liệu thô của phụ huynh được thu thập trong những chiến dịch, sự kiện của trường và chưa được xác thực. Người dùng sử dụng tính năng này để xác thực dữ liệu.

> * <mark style="color:green;">**New (Mới)**</mark>: Targets mới được assign(giao phó), chưa được chăm sóc.&#x20;
> * <mark style="color:blue;">**In Process (Đang chăm sóc)**</mark>: Targets sau khi đã có tương tác, gọi điện, tư vấn.
> * <mark style="color:red;">**Converted (Đã chuyển đổi)**</mark>**:** Targets đã được chuyển đổi lên Leads.
> * **Dead (Không có tiềm năng):** Targets không có tiềm năng.
