# Nhận và gửi phản hồi về Phụ Huynh

> **Bước 1:** Ở màn hình danh sách của chức năng Phản hồi (module **Feedbacks)** , chọn phản hồi phụ huynh gửi về trung tâm.

> **Bước 2:** Tại màn hình phản hồi, nhập tin nhắn cần trao đổi với Phụ huynh/học viên, nhấn enter để gửi tin nhắ&#x6E;**.**

> **Bước 3:** Sau khi xử lí xong phản hồi của Phụ Huynh/Học viên, cập nhật lại trạng thái xử lí phản hồi thành Đã xử lí (Closed) .Cuối cùng bấm Lưu (**Save).**
