# Chuyển đổi học phí thành tiền (Convert Balance to Amount)
#### Bước 1: Người dùng chọn tính năng Chuyển đối số dư thành tiền - Convert Balance to Amount
Tại hồ sơ học viên (màn hình Học viên/Students), người dùng chọn biểu tượng Chuyển đối số dư thành tiền- **Convert Balance to Amount** để tiến hành thao tác nghiệp vụ.
#### Bước 2: Người dùng chọn khoản Số dư học viên còn lại muốn chuyển đổi thành Số tiền, nhập thêm mô tả, sau đó chọn Lưu để hoàn thành.
Sau khi thực hiện xong bước này, người dùng có thể sử dụng các khoản **Tiền** để áp dụng cho các sự vụ **Hoàn phí, chuyển nhượng học phí**

**Ghi chú :**
1. Các khoản học phí học viên còn dư
2. Tổng tiền học viên còn dư chuyển đổi, được chọn từ danh sách số dư
3. Ngày chuyển đổi
4. Mô tả về việc chuyển đổi khoản phí.
**Lưu ý : Thực hiện nghiệp vụ này theo quy định phân cấp, uỷ quyền theo người dùng.**
